Home has lots of character and large enough for our family to stay for a weekend getaway.

Mari was super helpful with our late arrival and very responsive! The beds were very comfy and the rooms were dark, nice to sleep in. The place was spotless with lots of materials to make sure you were comfortable at your stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m passing through :)

Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

Amy was very good at communicating the day of arrival and checking in to make things are going well. The property was in a great neighborhood. The basement and outside space and activities/toys exceeded expectations. Kitchen and living space was as described and we moved things around for more space. TV access and available channels were above expectations. Would go again and was an above average experience for us.

Penny's is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Has everything you'll need for your stay. It's a must stay if your in Creston!

The house was great for my family & friends for the weekend. The ample amount of space, beds, & amenities was perfect & the cost extremely reasonable!! Staying in a hotel is cool, but paying the same or less for a fully furnished house with personal accommodations & personal care is where it's at. Brad was early in his entry instructions & gave us the complete rundown thru the app, messaging, & the welcome book in the house. Everything was extremely clean & my kids felt right at home from the time we got there until the moment we headed back home. You'll love staying here!

From the second we walked into R lodge we felt right at home. It has all the amenities, the hot tub is amazing. Everything in town is adorable and easy to walk to. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

Had a great stay at this Cedar Rapids getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet, and check-in was smooth. Dave was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were in town for flight training, and the location worked out perfectly. The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

My teenagers and I always love staying at Ashley's. It's clean and roomy and just a walk away from the family we come to visit annually.
