Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Loft independiente de 30 mtr2 dentro del espacio de mi casa, totalmente privado de nueva construcción con mucha luz natural gracias a sus 5 ventanas todas al exterior. La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.

Nice apartment very modern with all the comforts to spend a magnificent stay. It has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Intimacy between the two rooms. In the living room there is a very large and comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for 5-6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, nespresso machine, cooking and cleaning utensils). You will also find sheets, towels, TV, welcome breakfast and WIFI (high-speed Internet).

Loft apartment in Sagrada Familia

This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
