Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

unfortunately,the condo i wanted and booked was not available on day of arrival due to a maintenance issue. I was moved to an alternative condo in the same building. I requested a discount as this one was not as good as the original one.i was offered a discount of 3000 pesos,which I accepted

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

I’m so glad I was able to book this listing! It’s the perfect spot for relaxation—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly peaceful. The amenities are top-notch, the room was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive. You’ve got everything you need right in the building: a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage services, plus a restaurant and bar. No need to go anywhere else. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mel's place is conveniently located near groceries, convenience stores and restaurants. Internet was fast and reliable. Kitchen has all you will need for light cooking/reheating. Bed was very comfy. Will definitely be back here.

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

You need to call a taxi at night. There are minimal nearby restaurants and no local nightlife. To explore, I would suggest taking a taxi/Grab to Makita. The house was perfect.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

the place was very homey and the stay in caretaker was very helpful. the mango tree was bountiful and you can pick fruits right from the louge chairs. the open dining living area was conducive to family bonding. the bedrooms were neat and hot showers were readily available.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

Host is very friendly and approachable. She replies quickly to my questions even before I booked it. The place is very clean and nice, almost anything that you'll need in the kitchen is there, and an honesty store in case you forgot to buy something outside. The unit is a few minutes away from Timog ave which is great because that area have a bunch of bars and restaurants. The hot and cold shower is easy to operate and you can set the temperature. The air-conditioning unit works perfectly without any issue and lastly. The television is huge and in front of the bed so you just literally "Netflix and chill" there. The WIFI is good and and stable. Overall enjoyed our stay.
