The Ohana is a newly renovated, beautifully decorated, private, detached guest suite within a 5 min. drive of downtown Nevada City. This 270 sq. ft. studio features a queen bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchenette, dining nook, private semi enclosed garden, covered carport, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The shared saltwater pool is so refreshing in the summer! Nevada City and Grass Valley are great for shopping and dining, and Tahoe National Forest is practically in our backyard!

We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room
