A few strides from the friendly local pub The Annex provides an ideal base or stop off point for exploring all that the South West has to offer, which includes many local walks and places of interest.

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, cats aren’t allowed due to allergies. Off road parking.

The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.

It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
