Best oasis in Texas!!!!! Amazing spot directly on the beach, breathtaking views from multiple balconies for every guest to enjoy, with open entertaining layout inside for our family game nights. Loved the peacefulness being away from the crowded public beaches and having our private beach access. This was a surprise beach retreat to get grandparents, siblings, & our family all together for a fun/ relaxing beach vacation…. PERFECTION!!!!!! We also loved taking the kids to the Rainforest Cafe, aquarium, and mini golf but also going shopping at the outlet mall. Best part of all was that EVERYONE in our family was able to enjoy being together on vacation, including our dog. He loved running around the beach, jumping into waves, & napping in the sun. Highly recommended!!!!!

The Ball St. Manor House met our needs perfectly. The home is beautiful, well appointed and very spacious. The systems worked flawlessly. Beds were comfy and clean. The bedrooms are extremely large. Check in was a breeze. We had one neighbor when parking on street claimed we could not park in front of her home which of course isn't true as the law permits street parking, however rather than argue we just moved. I can highly recommend this listi.

Nicely upgraded house. Close to the beach. Nice kitchen to cook in, updated bathroom. Close to Avenue O, good for early walks.

Excellent place to stay, quick responses and the house was ready before check in time! Very close to the beach and nice backyard for dogs. Everything was very clean and has access to a grill! 10 of 10 will book here again.

Amazing place ! Well done This home is equipment like a home away from home everything needed and beyond I was amazed ! From shampoo to beach toys to towels to entertainment everything and beyond was in this lively decorated home This was amazing stay with a very nice and friendly Host that we got to know during our short trip ! The amenities were lovely the kids had a blast In the pool .. sadly the Spa had a leak but those circumstances no one can foresee

Kelly was helpful throughout the entire booking process, random questions a long the way, and is very nice! The pool, board games, hot tub, and pool table just make the place even better!! It really has it all. We can’t wait to be back!!
