'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music occasionally more information on their website

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.

Gorgeous BBQ grill hut with double bed, in and outdoor seating area, and grill entertainment area set in a wooded area on our family small holding and small glamping site. Private toilet, shower and utility sink block with hot water. (Bed sheets and kitchen/hand towels provided- *******please bring own shower towels) We have alpacas, sheep and chickens and guests are welcome to help feed them.
