We have board games ,books on the area, toys for children ,badmitten,horseshoes, and croquet. The yard is completely fenced for children and pets . Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)
