Nestled on a picturesque 20-acre farm, this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom country retreat offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of private driveway access and the security of a gated entrance. The property includes a patio and screened back porch ideal for outdoor dining and board games, as well as a cozy fire pit perfect for cool fall nights. Nearby, you'll find off-property walking trails. There's a fully stocked pond, perfect for bank and dock fishing.

Mountain cabin getaway

Our cabin is tucked away on a private road bordering the Chief Ladiga bike path, Big & Little Terrapin creek. It borders the Talladega National Forest and is walking distance to the Pinhoti hiking trail. We have private hiking trails on the property. The twin beds are in the low ceiling loft of the cabin and we have a couch in the living room. We have a hiking path that takes you up to an overlook with a swing Our property is on both sides of the bike path at mile marker 9 on the Chief Ladiga

We offer a spacious escape for small gatherings which provide access to all the local amenities within 15 miles of our location. Enjoy Alabama’s sought after trail riding, kayaking, hiking, game prize fishing, hunting, boating, floating and swimming. We are located along Terrapin Creek, a kayakers paradise, and only 0.5 miles north of Terrapin Outdoor Center, No Worries Kayaking and Redneck Yacht Club.

The Rock House

Located in a rural farming community just east of Jacksonville AL, the cottage at Nances Creek Farms is a quaint and cozy hide away with all the modern amenities. Perfect to rest, relax, and get away from it all! The Rock House has been the hub of our farming operation where we raise strawberries, pumpkins, produce, sheep, cattle, pigs, chickens, grand babies ( the 6th generation of our farm family) and more. Recent renovations now allow us to share with you this charming bungalow.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tammy’s Cozy Cabin is located minutes from Jacksonville and Piedmont, AL. It is close to biking, hiking, and horse trails. Jacksonville State University football, softball, and basketball. There are also wineries, museums, and kayaking. You can sit on the front porch or around the fire-pit and listen to the sounds of nature. It is located on the owners property but is secluded by trees. It had its own drive and self-check in.

This is a mother in law suite that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The suite sets just above our attached garage that you will have a parking space in to keep you out of the weather. It has its own door and is separate from the main house.

Located on 7 acres in the beautiful Choccolocco Valley with gorgeous views of the Appalachian Foothills. In addition to lovely interior decor, outdoor spaces include patio with grill, covered area, and adjacent wildlife area/walking. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The home is located adjacent to my home.
