In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadt & Land Salzburg

Eingebettet in die wunderschöne Salzburger Landschaft mit direktem Blick auf die Berge und doch in Stadtnähe liegt in ruhiger sonniger Lage die ca. 48 m2 große, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Panoramabalkon. Stadt besichtigen und Natur erleben von einen Wohnplatz der besonderen Art😊 Flughafen/ Autobahn sind schnell erreichbar, jedoch nicht hörbar! Wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle(in 20min im Stadtzentrum), ein renommiertes Gasthaus, sowie ein kleiner Bäckerladen.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11km): Traumwohnung 6 Personen

Sie mieten den gesamten zweiten Stock (90 m²) plus einen Balkon (6m²). Die helle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist neu adaptiert und besticht durch moderne bzw. alte Kunst (Originale). In den meisten Zimmern liegt 60 Jahre alter, revitalisierter Parkett; so auch im Badezimmer. Die großzügige Wohnung kann auch von zwei Pärchen (bzw. einer Gruppe) gebucht werden, da es eine zweite Toilette gibt und das Bad zwei Eingänge hat und versperrbar ist. Auf die Parkettböden im Bad bitte aufpassen! :=)

Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
