Beautiful home and felt super comfortable, I can’t wait to stay again. Definitely perfect for friends or just with your significant other. Driveway was very convenient and the house felt like your own home. The highway next to the house barely bothered us, so nothing to complain about. Overall we loved the home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great location as a home base for exploring Philly. Communication was great and the place was cozy and had everything we needed. Would surely stay there again if in the area.

The only complaint we had was finding parking. The place was very clean and and cozy.

Stayed for a couple nights and had a great stay. Everything was as listed. This unit was on the third floor so it had a quite amount of steps. Only had a couple towels and didn’t see any extra blankets. The air/ heat worked great. Unfortunately the tenant before us broke the washer and dryer so we weren’t able to use it. Had minor issues but most were resolved when contacting the host. Host responsiveness was fairly quick and were kind. Area/ neighborhood could be a little intimidating if it’s something you’re not used to but we had no problems or issues whatsoever. Definitely would stay again.

Ty’s place was absolutely amazing! My guest and I had such a wonderful time. The house was uniquely designed, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to hosting my next event here. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality!

Anna’s place was exactly what was described. The only thing I would suggest to add would be a kitchen/living room in the additional room in the front. Also, a tv. You’re in the basement of the house so expect to hear walking above your head. If not looking for simplicity this is your place.

J and CJ are attentive and gracious hosts. They are responsive and invested in their guests comfort. I’d definitely stay again!

Marina’s place had everything to spend a few days, the room was clean, great amenities. I stayed here for ease of parking and because I travel with my well behaved dog. Everybody here was nice and respectful. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel this isn’t the place for you, if you’re looking for a place near the city to come home and rest after exploring, and are happy with the basic essentials then I think you’d be happy.

Tyler's place was perfect for what we were looking for. The space is large and filled with many extras, including a very well stocked kitchen. Tyler was very responsive to emails and inquiries. The neighborhood is a typical Philly space, but it was still pretty quiet. It is a great location in terms of proximity to the city. It was easy to travel daily to the Convention Center and other area attractions.

Quiet, comfortable place to rest. I was on hour 19 of a long drive and immediately felt relaxed once I made my way inside. It was a nice place to sleep and Marina was very welcoming in the morning (:
