Filadélfia: aluguel por temporada com fogueira

We stayed at David’s place for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were mostly spending time with family who are local, but the house is very conveniently located near Ardmore, which has nice shops and restaurants. David was proactive about communicating and very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again!

This was a quiet, cozy place for us to stay while staying in South Philadelphia. It was clean and comfortable, while being within walking distance to basic shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and instructions were clear. Would 10/10 stay again.

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

Our stay was great! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of space for us. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made it ideal for multiple adults guests. Manayunk is a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops! We met people from the neighborhood that made us feel very welcome. The host was responsive to questions and kept us informed regarding the water main break behind the property that disrupted parking. If we come back to the area we will definitely look to see if this property is available for our stay!

Don't hesitate to stay here if it is available. Society Hill is a lovely neighbourhood to stay in, and still only a 10min walk from Independence Hal areal. It is a lovely home that is decorated nicely, just like pictures. Very clean, very comfortable. We appreciated the flexibility of early check in.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed Joe’s place and will stay there again when we return to Philly. The house is lovely and was immaculate. The neighborhood was very quiet and we walked to Fairmount Park and the art museum.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Philly penthouse. Liam’s place was clean, homey, and inviting. All of the appliances and house amenities matched their description. While it was raining during our stay, Liam had covered areas on the roof which made our stay extra special. Will certainly rebook again! And look forward to our stay there soon.

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

House is very big! The kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms are all very spacious and nice. The rooftop is big as well and has a great view of center city. The host was very responsive.

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.

Cute flat located in the middle of Fishtown which was exactly what I was looking for. Nice and cosy!

I enjoyed my stay...this place is a hidden gem...had everything you needed...five stats across the board... anyone staying in Philly grab this place you will not be disappointed!!!

This is a beautiful apartment perfectly placed for exploring the historical sites in Philadelphia. My kids enjoyed the foosball table and we enjoyed the rooftop lounge space. I particularly appreciated the nightlights in the staircase since my kids had to go down the stairs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. We had an issue upon our arrival with a smoke detector chirping loudly due to needing a battery. Unfortunately it was too high (very lovely high ceilings) for us to reach. But they were able to come out and fix it before bedtime, which I really appreciated!

Great, quiet place to stay!
