River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.
