This cosy space is perfect for a spontaneous weekend getaway or if you’re coming to work for an extended stay. The space is small but functional, with a space saving Murphy bed and folding eating table. Enjoy all the normal conveniences of a full kitchen (with dishwasher). The flatscreen wall-mounted Roku tv with Netflix and Youtube are ready to go, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, A/C, and the stylish walk-in shower! PS: The photos tend to make the room look a little larger, it is a small cozy space!

A self-contained private apartment with a kitchenette. Located in town but only a two minute drive to Hwy 11. Parking for one vehicle is literally next to the entrance door. The bedroom has a 4K smart TV that is wall mounted. The queen size bed has a top of the line mattress that provides a firm but comfortable sleeping experience. Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
