Siamo in piazza Cioccaro, punto di arrivo della funicolare che collega il centro città alla stazione ferroviaria. È una zona ricca di ristoranti e negozi, la famosa via Nassa, con le sue boutique, è a un minuto a piedi, il lago a soli 2 minuti a piedi.
