My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this vacation rental in the Bahamas! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Even checked-in on us to see if we needed fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchenette area. When the included rental car needed replacing, they handled it seamlessly, and their recommendations for local amenities and experiences were spot-on—truly the best the island has to offer! The property itself was well-equipped, clean, and perfectly located for exploring. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches (we won't spoil it for you, that way it's a nice surprise) and exceptional hospitality. Beautiful high-end condo. Nice heated pool and small private beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and included all items we needed. Our host got us a taxi from the airport after I put in a very late request and it was truly appreciated. There is a bus stop just outside the condo that will take you downtown as needed for $1.50. We'd return.

Megan was an amazing host, she was very responsive, gave great recommendations, gave a few little gifts/bonuses. The accommodations were very clean. There is a little construction going on because they are trying to make the place inviting on the outside but it did not bother us as we were out most of the time. All in all we are very pleased with everything

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Florian and Alicia were super helpful and generous with their time. Anytime we had a question or an odd request, a screwdriver for my husband’s kite surfing gear, they were right on top of it! The kitchen had everything we needed and the easy walk to the grocery store made cooking at the villa super easy. Transportation was easy to find right outside the villa to get us where we needed to go each day or we contacted Kevin on the days we needed to go a little further. The little beach right outside the villa was perfect and the view was amazing! We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting Nassau in the future!

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 4 (ages 64, 59, 37, and 34) had an amazing time at Orchid House! The house itself is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms were huge and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge help in the mornings. The living area is comfortable and having satellite TV was an extra perk. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is located within the Bayview Suites complex on Paradise Island. The complex itself has a few swimming pools but we didn't utilize them as it was a short walk to Cabbage Beach, which was beautiful. There was also a small shop on site where you could buy water, beer, and chips. Overall, 10/10 stay. We would 100% rent this place again if we were ever visiting Paradise Island. Tip for others: if you plan on using the kitchen to make meals, we would recommend taking a cab to one of the grocery stores in Nassau. The two grocery stores on Paradise Island have VERY few options and what is there is very expensive!

Megan’s place was in a good location close to a venue we were visiting. Nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is having more than one mirror in the unit, specifically a full length one.

This was an amazing Airbnb find. It will be the only place we will stay when visiting Nassau again. The location on Paradise Island was ideal. Close to restaurants and beach access. It was very clean and spacious. We spent a ton of time around the pool, that was kept up well. Communication with the host was also easy and her information was helpful.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chyrisse’s place, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. It wasn’t the most little kid friendly due to the glass furniture however we knew that based on the listing photos. The place was clean and had all of the essentials needed for cooking, bathing and pool. The pool was great with an amazing view of the beach. The beach wasn’t great, lots of rocks and very small. We didn’t rent a car but there were many restaurants in walking distance. Restaurants at Baha Mar 15 min walk or restaurants along cable beach entrance 10-15 min walk. Grocery store about a 15 min walk as well. The receptionist was also helpful in finding us a taxi. We walked down to a public entrance to cable beach by sandals hotel and it was not the best. Less rocks but lots of jet ski activity. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Deborah’s place was amazing to say the least, amazing location, close to the airport and what an amazing view from there. Our host was very responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Deborah’s place. Also there is a nice little beach area in the back. Wonderful time in a beautiful place.

This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

An amazing stay in such a beautiful property and location! Meticulously clean, very tastefully furnished and with all the facilities you need. The breath-taking views added to our perfect stay. Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

This place was exactly as described! It was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lounge and dining area we large with a great well equipped kitchen! Clean with everything we could possibly need. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and easily accessible to walk to shops, beach and surrounds. Great hosts! Quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again “in a heartbeat”!!

Vaughn's place was nice and comfortable I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and Stephen's place had pretty much everything we needed. The only minor complaint was that we couldn't fill the bathrub because we couldn't get the drain to close (but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't ask him to fix it). Beds, pillows, kitchen supplies, water pressure were great. We would stay here again if we needed two bedrooms. Tips for others staying here: stop for groceries on the main island. Stores here are not well stocked. We never did find K Cups for coffee. Plan to buy bottled water. Anthony's is a great restaurant as is Margaritaville and both in walking distance. The food trucks at the small straw market were hugely disappointing. You will need cash for taxis as not all take cards and short rides on Paradise Island, they will insist on cash. If walking to Cabbage Beach be sure to go to the RIU entrance, not another one as they're gated for residents. Dunkin Donuts is extremely slow and messes up more orders than they get right, so be watchful.

This was the perfect and convenient set up for our 3 couples spending the night before getting on our Moorings boat. The flat is well appointed with a master with a king and en-suite and 2 smaller queen bedrooms with separate adjacent facilities. The flat is literally 100 steps away from the Moorings base and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bar & restaurant (Pink Octopus). The gated community felt very safe and well managed. The host is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for having us!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Nassau! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur super. Es war alles sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Außerdem ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief problemlos und wir erhielten immer eine schnelle Antwort. In der Umgebung gibt es Strände und Restaurants. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas entfernt. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Negativ ist, dass die Matratzen sehr hart sind und dass es auf dem Balkon nur einen Stuhl gab. Terrassenmöbel wären noch schön gewesen. Das WLAN war so lala.

This place was beautiful. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was very clean; had everything you need if you wanted to cook, coffee station, towels for the beach etc. I didn’t even want to leave when it was time and part of it was because of how nice this air bnb was. Tara and Paul are so sweet and very helpful. If you stay here please be considerate of their space because you can tell they took the time to create a peaceful environment for their guests. 1000% recommend.
