Enjoy a peaceful mountain retreat with city views, nature, and starlit nights. Our owner lives on-site and is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. This private cabin is located within our 21-acre property, which includes several private rental accommodations. Shared amenities vary by listing.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
