You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, Island Packers, and more!

The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.
