Lovely home away from home. Very peaceful with no traffic or other noise. Great views, and the house is spacious for indoor and outside living. Julie was very helpful, offering local recommendations, quick to respond and even gave one of our children a lift when he got dropped off and had a long walk back to the house. All in all a great spot, the wildlife around the estate was a treat and within a short drive of some great pubs and restaurants. Can thoroughly recommend.

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Thank you Sharon and Ronny for treating us so well and facilitating our time together as a wider family. Visiting my sick sister, the location was great for us and is quiet and secure. Your home is a real home from home. The rooms are big and we loved the living area. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching birds and monkeys in the park across the road, using your sparkling pool,and having a braai. This was an absolutely awesome house to stay in. The reason being, it was a home. With all the amenities for a superb stay. The garden and pool area is simply a sight to behold. Susans attention to detail and her ability to guage what we required, her openness, flexibility and kindness was something we were not expecting. This made our stay extraordinary. This is my second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The place still looks as beautiful as it did in 2022. The place is well looked after. The beds a VERY comfortable (I need the name please🙈). Overall sis Lulu’s place is worth every cent and I will definitely be going back again. Sis Lulu I know my toddler was a bet loud apologies for that 🙏🏾.

This home is spectacular. We loved the solid older home feel of it, with the hardwood floors and the beach house décor. The view is stunning! We watched whales every morning. We totally enjoyed the huge spaces, including the kitchen and yards. It was too cold to use the pool, but just having it gave the resort vibe. Gary and Michelle were very responsive and so kind. We felt like we had friends by the time we left.

What a gem of a place and what an amazing host! Our stay was extremely short but we will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful house and the spectacular views!! Sheena was very responsive and she was kind enough to let us check out late as my son woke up with a terrible fever. Thank you Sheena ! We will definitely be back soon!

This is a wonderful place to stay, seeing the ocean when you open your eyes in the morning can not be described in words. I will return everytime when visiting Umdloti/Durban Tam and Grant are great hosts

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

Paola was an absolutely amazing host. She provided us with clear instructions up front and was extremely communicative. She assisted us with all of our inquiries and she made us feel right at home. The place is breathtaking and exactly as per the pictures. It’s peaceful, with an amazing view and close to any and every restaurant you would need. We will definitely be back

We had a very relaxing time. The apartment is very well appointed, in a great location - quiet but close to everything - with the most amazing views from a spacious balcony.
