Charming Traveler's Cottage is nestled in the serene Garden District of Monroe, a centrally located neighborhood in the heart of the city. Perfectly suited for travelers on the move, it offers a relaxing environment with two 65" TVs, stylish furnishings, and a spacious dressing room or workstation for convenience. Quiet and private, it also provides a selection of incidentals like toothbrushes or razors in case you forget something. Plus, there's a large backyard for your furry friend to enjoy!

This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
