Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

This Old Lake House

This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. The vintage qualities emit a casual feeling of relaxation and summertime on the Lake. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

Cozy, historic cottage in the center of Lakeside

Our cottage is close to the center of Lakeside, within walking or biking distance to the lakefront and Central Park, Hoover Auditorium, Rhein Arts Center, tennis courts, shops and dining. Nearby places to visit include Cedar Point, Marblehead Lighthouse & Lake Erie Islands. This rustic, 1881 historic cottage is great for couples and families (with kids). New in 2022- back deck, refinished upstairs floors, new flooring in kitchen and bath, on demand hot water heater, washer and dryer.

Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.

County setting on 1/2acer with ample parking for multiple vehicles with boats in tow. located just off State RT 2 in close proximity of 5 marinas with direct Lake Erie access, for a short ride out to Walleye rich waters of the Western Basin. Property has dedicated outside recepticals for charging boats over night. Fish Cleaning station on property with electricity and water.
