A bit confusing extra digital environment for check in and out, but otherwise clear and supportive instructions. Place was nice and clean and in peaceful and private area (mainly private houses or only 4-8flat houses with gardens big enough around). And, when using the room, be noticed, that automatic light in bathroom 😀, so no need to spend time at all for searching for switches for that 😀.

Le logement d'Ethel est très agréable, très bien placé. Un salon de thé / boulangerie très agréable se trouve à l'entrée du bâtiment, très pratique pour les petits déjeuner. Le bâtiment est cossu et très beau. De nombreux appartements avec systèmes d'ouverture par code. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bieb équipé et très propre. Ethel est extrêmement réactive pour toutes questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great location - right in center of the town. Beatuiful views to the river and bridges. Bedroom windows face the courtyard, so it’s quiet, considering the city-center location. Rooms were clean and had lots of natural light. Parinkg space in courtyard.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

Gert answered fastly. The apartment was really quiet and fantastic. The key had to be picked up elsewhere and our car (Transporter) did not fit in the carage but these were not issues for us. Lovely, would recommend. Easy for Wolt and Bolt to find aswell.

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

Majutaja vastas kiiresti ja tuli vastu meie soovile saada varem sisse registreeruda. Köögis oli olemas sool, suhkur, õli, hommikuhelbed, moos. Voodi oli mugav. Tore korter vanalinna ääres.

2 etwas lästige Gegebenheiten vor all dem Lob vorweg: auf harmloses Eisenoxid zurückzuführender Geruch und leichte Rückstände auf Haut und Schmuck des warmen Nutzwassers und gelegentlich stechende und beißende Insekten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tolle Erreichbarkeit von kulturellen Angeboten und Menschenanhäufungen in Tartu bei Bedarf. Großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf allen Kanälen. Für „Besitzer“ von Hunden ohne Jagdtrieb gleicht es einem Paradies. Sauna, Lagerfeuer, Trampolin, Obstpflanzen, Schaukel, Netflix und so weiter waren uns willkommene Abwechslungen - hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Gesamtausstattung. Traumhafter See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wohnhaus bietet unglaublich viel Raum für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde - nächstes Jahr planen wir, mit mehreren Personen wieder dort zu weilen. Den Kontakt zu Personen, die dafür Sorge tragen, das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand zu halten, haben wir als sehr kommunikativ und bereichernd empfunden.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne ruhige Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück ist wesentlich größer als vermutet und das Saunahaus mit Teich war richtig gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert. Besser kann es kaum sein!

체크인할 때 키박스를 못찾아서 조금 헤매긴 했지만 숙소 자체는 가격이 저렴한데 비해 너무 훌륭했습니다. 욕실과 주방에 있는 모든 소모품을 마음껏 사용하게 해줘서 너무 고마웠어요. 다만 난방시설이 부족해서 침실 실내온도가 22도 정도로 조금 쌀쌀했습니다.
