The room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable Queen bed, spacious wardrobes, a sofa bed ,and a large dining table for your convenience. You'll also have exclusive access to a private ensuite bathroom, with an additional toilet available downstairs.

Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.
