Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Der Gantikower See mit kleinem öffentlichen Badestrand ist nur 50 Meter entfernt, so dass Sie zum Start in den Tag oder nach Feierabend ein paar "Bahnen" schwimmen können. Als Gast bei uns dürfen Sie weiterhin auch unseren Garten mit Grillplatz nutzen.

Im Jahr 2025 komplett neu gebaute Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen historischen Haus aus dem Jahr 1870. In der Wohnung findet ihr eine große Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Esstisch, TV mit Netflix und einem schönen Kaminofen. Dazu gibt es im Kinderzimmer ein supercooles Etagenbett mit Schlafhöhle. Playstation 4 mit Spielen ist auch dabei.

Charming bungalow in a green oasis on the outskirts of the inner city, with two nice restaurants. Important: I have two cute dogs (look at the photos) and they will be also in the garden sometimes. Other restaurants and bars in Prenzlauer Berg 10 minutes away, Alexanderplatz 20 minutes by tram. Wichtige Info: Ich habe zwei süße Hunde (siehe Bilder), die ab und an auch im Garten sein werden.
