Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zerrissen war sehr aufmerksam, hat sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt und alle unsere Anfragen sofort erfüllt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und zum Schwimmen gut geeignet.

Otel konum itibariyle dalyanın en güzel lokasyonunda bulunuyor, bölgenin meşhur koy ve sahillerine kısa sürelerde ulaşım mümkün. Canan hanım ve oğlu Kerem Bey'in bir işletmeci olarak diğer çalışanlar ile birlikte emeği paylaşarak hizmet etmeleri çok değerli ve samimi geldi. İsteklerimize hızlı ve olumlu cevap verdiler. Aşkın hanımın özenle hazırlamış olduğu bitkisel mutfağı, vegan olmayanları dahi tatmin edecek seviyede lezzetli ve zengin içeriğe sahip. Maya,Petra ve emeği geçen herkese bu sıcak ortamı sağladıkları için teşekkürler umarım tekrar uğrayacağız.

I had a beautiful stay at Kerem’s place and have recommended it to all of my friends. The food was lovely, the setting was stunning and I loved being able to take the boat to the beach from the hotel. I visited as a solo female traveller and I felt safe and happy throughout my stay thanks to Kerem and the team. I hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay with Kerem! He was very helpful and happy to accommodate us. He lent us a kayak and we had an incredible time kayaking up and down the Dalyan river. The in our hotel people were genuine and very lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the view was stunning! Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ali’s place. Ali and his family are the kindest people and we loved staying there. Ali and his wife are teachers and their teenage children help with the running of the boutique hotel over the school holidays when we were staying there. Ali and his family were great with our daughter and would help in any way they could. The little pool was great for her to play more independently too. During our stay, we wanted to watch England play in the Euro’s semi final late at night. Ali and his son came back to the hotel and looked after us with beers throughout! Ali’s place is a 10 minute walk from the main area of shops and restaurants but there are others which are closer. There’s a small shop for snacks and drinks just around the corner which was handy! Ali also took us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had some great conversations and learnt more about the local area. You will not regret staying at Ali’s wonderful place!

Great location right by the river overlooking the rock tombs. We enjoyed the beautiful winter garden with heaters that was much appreciated due to the rainy weather. Only a 5min walk to the town center where you can get good food & enjoy a beer at the karaoke bar.

Great place, location and host. Minor note: The AC is in the bedrooms only. This is easily sorted with a dip in the pool or a trip to the beach, but worth noting if that's really important to you. We had a great stay - thank you!

Gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Evin her yeri gayet temizdi. Ev sahibimiz Zerrin Hanım ve eşi de çok ilgiliydi. Konum olarak da merkeziydi. Tekrar tercih ediceğimiz bir yerdi.
