This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s really close to town. The house is comfortable and we felt right at home. She has small things like makeup towels, sharp knives, and nice pots. I also really appreciate the quality and scents of the cleaning products and toiletries. It’s beautifully decorated and the yard is big enough for a dog or your children to run around. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed with my family while driving back to Seattle. As soon as we went in we all felt at home. My two boys enjoyed going straight to the double twin beds room and relaxed. It was very clean and with a nice back yard. I definitely recommend and very family friendly.

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Kara's place was a perfect little house that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Kara did an outstanding job at communicating and making sure our stay was pleasant.

We truly enjoyed the stay. Communication was excellent and home was actually bigger than we realized from the pictures. The home had so many amenities. Wish we wouldn't have been so busy working ... would have enjoyed relaxing in the back yard more. If we visit with the family again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks Karl.

We stay with my daughter’s family. Bedrooms arrangement were perfect. Kids loved game table and pool. Perfect for a family. We absolutely loved our stay.

The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

This is a must rent if you find yourself in the Oroville/Chico area! Julie is a wonderful host, very quick to respond! Always helpful and very nice. The cottage is adorable and cozy, with just about anything you could need and more. Pet friendly which was unexpected and much appreciated! I highly recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay! Very nice studio in a quiet neighborhood near the park! Beautiful surroundings! Unit is offset from the main house and has ample privacy. Amber and Tibi were very nice and made my stay enjoyable! I stayed several months as I was transitioning back to Chico, and everything was awesome throughout! I would definitely recommend for 1 or 2 people! I can't say enough good things!

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

We had a great time. Nicole is responsive and very accommodating. We had to reschedule our trip due to a medical reason, Nicole was very understanding and accommodated us. The location is so peaceful and kids had a blast.

Sam was very communicative and it was very easy to find with their instructions. Plenty of parking on the street in March. This room was exactly what was advertised - it's a very simple room and we appreciated the way it was priced in order to enjoy Nevada City without breaking the bank. There is a kitchenette that also helped with breakfasts and dinners in the room. Expect the basic amenities to make a meal. It is a fine place to end of the day after adventures. Easy to get to downtown Nevada City and to Grass Valley. My Mom is in her 70's and just know that the stairs and walk are a little steep , just something to note if you have older folks with knee or hip issues in the party. And as noted the ceilings are low. The wall heater keeps everything toasty and Sam gives instructions ahead of time on how to use it. Just keep it started at .5 and then go up to 1, then 2, etc. Overall, we had a great time without breaking the bank and it was easy to stay and to get around town.

Jenny's place was perfect for me and my little dog. We loved the walking paths and the friendly neighborhood. It's just a five-minute drive into town so very convenient. I will happily stay at Jenny's again.

Beautiful place! Enjoyed everything about our stay! Caught some bass enjoyed some good food with an amazing view definitely will book again!

The Cottage provided a great respite from chaotic wedding preparations. My grandkids loved coming out to “Grandma’s Cottage!” My favorite times were in the morning with coffee looking out on the orchard listening to the birds.
