The villa is very big, there are three bedrooms, a large living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a very safe place. Almost everything is next to the house, including food and drink. This is one of my best Airbnb stays, hands down! From the apartment's stunning look to the top-notch communication throughout my stay, everything was perfect. Abiy and Israel were super responsive and helpful. The apartment's central location made it easy to get around Addis. A huge shoutout to Israel for being incredibly kind and helpful. He gave me fantastic recommendations and was always there to assist me when needed. As a solo female traveler who can hardly speak the language, I felt safe and supported throughout my trip. Just spent a week at this lovely apartment. It's clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated - a really pleasant environment. Both bedrooms are large and have en suite bathrooms (including one with a bath tub), so there's lots of space. There is a working elevator (helpful with luggage!). The location is amazing - super close walkable distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and other shops. Koba cafe on the groundfloor of the building is open breakfast, lunch and dinner, so a nice macchiato is always close at hand. Nebiyu was a great host. When we had a minor issue, he was very responsive and persistent in resolving it. I would very happily stay in this apartment again in future - it's a great find in Bole.

A nice condominium apartment in a typical Ethiopian neighborhood. The cafee next door is few times late at light. The apartment is big and sufficient. Like sometimes in the day the full neighborhood is without electric or watersupply. But it is a good alternative for an b&b or hotel. thank you Hennock. love the lightning. ❤️

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved our stay. It was central to a lot of things for us. We also loved the interior design and high ceilings. We felt right at home and always felt safe. There is a supermarket in the same building as well and it was convenient for any quick things we may have needed.

This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

"The perfect location for the digital Nomad." I was remote working while in Addis and Feysal's place was perfect. Located in a scenic neighborhood on the outskirts of Addis with all the amenities you may need In the immediate area. Feysal is a super host (even if the app doesn't list him as one.) He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I fell sick when I was there and Feysal rushed to get me medicines and came to check up on me regularly to make sure I was doing well, and to get me anything I needed. Truly a wonderful stay and a lovely experience. I highly recommend it. -Stayed for a little over a month

I’m a peace corps volunteer living in Ethiopia and I was stopping through Addis on my way on vacation. Dan’s place was awesome. Very cool experience to see how people live in Addis. The apartment is in Very peaceful. If you’re not Ethiopian looking (like me) you’re likely to face a lot of harassment in the city BUT I didn’t experience a single issue in the complex. Dan is a wonderful host! Although I’m somewhat familiar with Addis, Dan drove me around the neighborhood, showed me some landmarks and some places to eat. The apartment is in a great location for anyone visiting. I also made some requests for kitchen utensils and he was so helpful getting what I needed. The apartment itself is by no means the best western, but it’s clean, comfortable and in a great area. The bathroom is very clean, the apartment in general was very clean, I had no issues with bugs and mysterious bites that I’ve become accustom to since living in rural Ethiopia. I will without a doubt stay here again. If you’re traveling to Addis from a different country and want to get a taste of how people in the city live, this is a great spot. Great host, clean, quiet, comfortable. Betam tiru!

I loved my stay here! We were accommodated very quickly despite booking last minute. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with comfortable bedsheets, towels and all kitchenware. The location is amazing, central and close to the airport, cafes, and shopping. There’s a generator in the building but we never had a problem with electricity or water. The great sunset views from the balcony were an unexpected plus. The entire building is clean and well-kept. I will definitely be staying here again while in Addis. Our host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Thank you so much Massiah!

Beautiful apartment with great views from the bedrooms and the rooftop balcony. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. Washing machine worked great. Convenience store in the lobby is nice with friendly staff. Apartment is located 15 minutes within most everything you’ll want to see in Addis. Highly recommend staying here.
