Fabulous Jay Peak ski-in/ski out condo!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

To access: walk across the parking lot to the ski in/out trail which links up with Grammy Jay. Follow the Grammy Jay trail down to the Village Chair Double Lift to access the rest of the trail system. To get back: take the Grammy Jay trail and exit at the "Long Trail" sign to reach the condo.

Less than 1 hour away from Stowe and Burke Mt, 10 minutes to Hill Farmstead Brewery or Barr Hill, minutes away to library, tennis, golf, art center, public beach, stores. Easy access to the trail network of Highland Lodge and Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Located down a dirt road and on our town's world class cross country ski trail system, it's a 5 min drive to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and 15 m to Hill Farmstead/Jasper Hill Farm. Close to many places to hike, kayak, downhill ski, and more, the Airbnb is also near many local artists, breweries, and restaurants (Blackbird! Hill Farmstead!).

We are located right on the Kingdom Trails mountain bike network with the trails Shire and Roly Grail running through the property. Ski Burke Mountain from the condo or a 2 minute drive to the lodge.
