Orlando: aluguéis por temporada com café da manhã

The townhome is BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 please book asap. Booked this retreat for the ending of April in January 2025. Do not hesitate on booking spots are taken fast. Kitchen is pristine, living room is elegant, the pool is sparking clean, rooms were spacious and nicely put together. It resembles a 5-star hotel. Decorations were perfect. My ideal home away from home. In all honestly, it is breathing. Lots of parking and it’s free. Easy access to home. The host is responsive. The home has up to date appliances and spacious bathrooms. I’m in awe. I will say, the commute to do most entertainment in Orlando it is around 35 minutes to an hour drive. Traffic is insane BUT to be expected (tourists land) especially since Epic Universe is opening soon. Leave on time to places please. Plan your vacation accordingly and overall, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for hosting my friends and I!

My family came to visit for my sons UCF graduation. It was a freat location as it was close to campus, his home, and tourist locations but not in the heart of everything. Which we appreciated. Tje pool was great for the kids and we loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The layout was interesting but very practical. The place was clean and all basic amenties.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. All of the amenities listed were available and the host responded very quickly to iron out any teething problems we had. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking and the bbq was very handy. We especially loved the basketball game in the garage. Only downside was a panel missing from the mesh surround in the pool area which resulted in a lot of mosquitoes getting inside and a lot of insects lying dead in the pool every morning. Aside from that we loved staying here.

Our Family enjoyed an unforgettable end of year vacation’s at Natalia’s place. The pre-arrival experience was great. Natalia made us feel at home before we even arrived. Once at the house, every space has its own personality and fun for the whole family. From the fun-filled Star Wars and Frozen themed rooms for the kids, to cozy bedrooms with upscale finishes for the adults. The integrated living room and kitchen areas was a center of reunion for the whole family every morning, and the game room was the space where everyone was a kid trying out all the games and playing endlessly. The cinema upstairs was the perfect place to gather and unwind from a long day at the parks, while looking forward to the next day adventures. Thanks for a Magical Stay!

Minha estadia nesta casa foi simplesmente perfeita! A localização é imbatível – a poucos minutos dos parques da Disney, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. A vizinhança é segura, tranquila e repleta de opções de restaurantes, supermercados e lojas, tornando tudo ainda mais prático. A casa em si é impecável! Extremamente limpa, espaçosa e muito bem decorada, com um ambiente aconchegante que nos fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Os quartos são confortáveis, as camas super macias, e a estrutura da casa é completa, com cozinha totalmente equipada, sala ampla e até mesmo uma área externa perfeita para relaxar depois de um dia cheio de diversão. O anfitrião foi atencioso e prestativo durante toda a estadia, garantindo que tivéssemos tudo o que precisávamos. Sem dúvida, uma das melhores experiências que já tive no Airbnb! Recomendo 100% e, com certeza, voltarei na próxima viagem a Orlando.

First off this is the most incredible home I’ve stayed in! Everything you could possibly think of was provided and the rooms were so creative and fun for all ages! Very Well kept. Amenities for large families are amazing. Suite style bathroom setup means multi generational families can care for kids while grandparents faces reprieve downstairs. Game systems and entertainment options are great. The kids all loved the slides as well as swimming in the pool after long Disney days. The resort amenities were top notch as well! I give the place 1000/10. Mark and Lisa were also so incredibly responsive from before our stay to answering every little question while we were there! Would stay here time and time again! We will be back! No question about that

Christine was wonderful! Very proactive and great at communicating, had a list of recommendations for restaurants, places to see, and much more before we even got there! She was always a text away! Would definitely stay at one of her beautiful homes in the future!

Our stay with Roy and Darko was absolutely great. The house was very clean, they were very responsive and had a complementary small breakfast that was unexpected, but a very nice detail. Would definitely stay with them again if back to Orlando.

Paul and Lourdes were wonderful hosts . They were friendly , kind and generous. They were excellent in every possible way and always willing to help . The room and house were comfortable and impeccable, exactly as described in the pictures. The Breakfast in the morning was a big bonus for me and my friend . Special thanks to Lourdes for going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and accommodating . We had a good chat with her before leaving . Also they have a cute dog Luna . The most important thing is that the hosts ensure our privacy This is a great location and pretty much near to the attractions . The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again when I visit Orlando.

Jay and Chris are wonderful people, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assure you are taken care of from even before you arrive. We immediately felt at ease, and hit a new level of relaxation in our trip when we arrived to stay with them. Their home is both comfortable and artistic, a welcome break from bland hotels. Within just a few hours of arriving we were already plotting when our next visit may be. If that isn't enough, there is walkability to local markets, various lakes, and some very good restaurants if youre interested in these sorts of things. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay the first time through. We wont make that mistake again.

Everything was fabulous… the space was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.. the location of the house is in a area thats not to congested and close to many sites given we all know how traffic in Orlando is.. lastly the Hosts we’re amazing! They’re very friendly and down to earth people who makes sure your stay with them is as smooth as possible. I would most definitely stay here again, no question…

Staying with Christi and Tom was a similar feeling to staying over at your favorite aunt and uncles place. Comfy, restful and cozy and entirely perfect. This stay was absolutely wonderful and I am so wowed by the amazing care to detail on top of amazing food. Tom made a stupendously tasty breakfast and the both of them were so accommodating and enjoyable to get to sit down and eat with. Christi and Tom are both intelligent and interesting humans, combined they make everything so genial and so easy, the time flew by after eating. Learning the history behind the house itself and enjoying the breathtaking art inside and out added such an appealing environment for breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and impeccably maintained, there was so much thought and effort put into making it exceptional. It was so so so comfy and yet quite efficient. There is not another place you will find that will give your trip more sunshine and enjoyment. thanks kap&kappy b&b for having us!

I have NEVER experienced a more gracious host! There are not enough words to explain Cathy! Even with my husband and I arriving in the wee hours of the morning, Cathy and Meg were there to greet us! Her home is clean and just what we needed. We defintely will stay with her if availble the next time we travel to Orlando! AMAZING HOST!!!!

The Lorbu's Airbnb was the perfect place to vacay in Orlando, the host very responsive and quick to accommodate. The place looked just like the photos and had everything to love and expect from a vacation rental. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our weekend stay to the max because of how comfortable and convenient the Airbnb was. Definitely staying here again.
