Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. This is a two-story, renovated, traditional detached house in a paved neighborhood. On the ground floor there is an open space, with a kitchen, living room - dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 wc. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the upper living room. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE FLOOR. The house has central heating. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and squares

Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
