En flott og moderne luksus villa på 260 kvm i pittoresk kyststed Drvenik i sentral Dalmatia, midt i mellom Dubrovnik og Split på den desidert vakreste kyststripe i Kroatia. Villa Saga en ny og moderne villa som ble bygd i 2012,og ligger helt ned ved sjøen, med egen privat badeplass. Villaen består av 5 soverom og 4 bad (8 – 10 soveplasser) med nydelig utsikt.

Kuća se nalazi podalje od prometnica i 180 m od mora. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Dadurch hat jede Familie oder jedes Paar ihren eigenen privaten Bereich. Gemeinsame Küche sowie große Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Meerblick laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.
