When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

You’ll love the front porch swing as as you take in the tranquility of nature and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.
