Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Lovely cozy 2 1/2 room holiday apartment, 55 m2 on 2floors in 16th cent. family home above Montreux. The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

Le chalet est situé à 1200m (alt.) sur la montagne les Pléiades en pleine nature (véhicule nécessaire). Le lieu est idéal pour combiner randonnées, et découvrir la région du Lac Léman. Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Charmant chalet situé au-dessus de Montreux et Vevey, à une altitude de 1250 m. Ce refuge idyllique est l'évasion parfaite pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre dans un cadre paisible, entouré de nature. Idéalement situé pour les passionnés de randonnées, de VTT, ou de ski en hiver. Notre chalet combine harmonieusement le confort moderne avec le charme rustique de la montagne. Vues magnifiques sur les sommets alpins et la proximité du lac Léman vous offriront des souvenirs inoubliables.

Superbe appartement avec entrée privée dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Blonay, Vaud, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, le massif du Chablais et les vignobles du Lavaux. A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine haut de gamme inclus lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi et télévision. Une terrasse entièrement privée. Parking 2 voitures.

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.
