Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

The Retro Room - Guest Suite in Pyes Pa

The Retro Room is inspired by my love of the 50’s with original items. The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

The Hidden Valley Retreat!

Welcome to the Hidden Valley Retreat, your perfect escape for tranquil, rural living. This beautifully appointed, self-contained suite boasts 32 sqm of elegance, comfortably hosting two guests. Just a short drive away, explore the Tauriko Shopping Centre with its bars, restaurants, and cinemas. Tauranga's vibrant city life and beaches are also within easy reach. Our suite offers a private entrance and stunning views of the valley basin, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding.

Luxury Lakes Airbnb.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Country Bliss Couples Oasis, perfect for relaxing.

Nestled in tranquil rural Pyes Pa, just 4 km from town essentials, this private and spacious studio offers an ideal retreat for couples seeking relaxation. Enjoy a secluded tropical courtyard complete with a chiminea, sunset deck overlooking serene countryside hills, a salt water pool (shared with hosts but full privacy given). Ample safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans. Conveniently located off Tauranga direct road from Rotorua, perfect for those travelling through.

Kereru Cabin

Come and stay and getaway from the hustle just for a bit. Kereru Cabin is small yet warm & cozy, in & out sitting spaces with table & chairs. Relax with a drink looking out over bush & views to Mt Maunganui. Close to Tect Park walking trails, only 25 mins to Tauranga CBD, 45mins to Rotorua & mountain bike trails. Please note: there is NO Wi-Fi in the cabin as it is off grid. There is mobile phone coverage. Please follow check in instructions for how to find the cabin.
