Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bedroom has a bunkbed (full on bottom, twin on top, & twin trundle) & the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with crockpot, blender, etc.! Enjoy grilling on the large deck with a gas grill! Guests are responsible for paper goods. This cozy beach house in Ocean Lakes has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a level entry - no stairs. The Sleepy Pelican is dog friendly(limit 2 well behaved dogs on flea maintenance,50lbs or less). Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. The property sleeps 7 and has a large covered porch for outside dining and relaxation! The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation and a gas grill is on the deck. There is a golf cart available that rents separately of the house. All drivers must be 21.
