Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This chalet is set high on the hill with sweeping farmland views. Fully insulated, with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire. Chalet 1 has 2 cosy bedrooms (1 King, 2 Singles), a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 2 decks, a bathroom with toilet and shower . The chalet is fully insulated with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire (one night complimentary firewood). Bookings of more than two people will have access to the second bedroom.

Relax on the private patio to the birdlife and view of the beautiful gardens nestled into Lake Seppings. Off street private parking for one. Close proximity to 2 swimming beaches, surfing beach, cycling path, 5 minutes drive to Albany cbd, walking trail on Lake Seppings and 18 hole Links Golf course across the road. This two bedroom apartment has a cosy lounge, Dimplex heating, kitchenette, induction plate and a introductory continental breakfast supplied. An easy way to begin your morning.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Nestled right in the heart of the giant tingle forest, and situated on a 40 acre section of a working dairy and beef farm, you will get to immerse yourself in the rural lifestyle, but with the benefit of all the creature comforts. Corduroy Seas is a private studio detached from our family home in Ocean Beach. We have a large garden which will feel like your own, but it is a shared space with our friendly Lab x Border Collie Nina and you may hear our kids being kids. It is located a 4 minute drive to ocean beach, 6 minute drive to town and right on the Bibbulmun Track. It is a simple and comfortable studio best suited for couples with everything you need to relax and unwind.
