The studio apartment is situated at the rear of the stand-alone brick double garage with its own private entrance & off street parking. It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Open fire, spa, three bedrooms. Large private outdoor area with campfire, deck with outdoor dining, BBQ and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.
