beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

Linda's place was amazing with great amenities and is good for large groups. We had an amazing time and felt right at home in this house. There were grocery stores with plenty of things and the town was easily walkable from the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

The Chalet was just perfect. Listing perfectly described what you were getting with this little piece of paradise! The Sauna was easily workable. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The whole house was immaculate and roomy yet cozy. Perfect distance to the MANY MANY WATERFALLS the boyfriend and I were chasing. Skiing at Whiteface will be happening in the future, and hopefully using Judi's gorgeous Chalet to ease my weary bones once again in the future. My partner and I stayed at the Teeny Tiny cottage for two nights on our ski trip to Jay Peak. First, Eric was extremely responsive, providing details and instructions before our arrival. When we arrived he greeted us and gave us a proper tour and explanation of all the amenities. We felt extremely comfortable and immediately knew we would want to come back again and stay for longer. Yes, it is Teeny Tiny but Perfect for two and has everything you need. Ive stayed in many airbnbs and this has been by far one of my favorites.

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

This place is peaceful, beautiful, a gem. I loved hearing the water from the sundeck (porch with windows): looking and hearing the water, feeling so close was a balm and beauty. For those seeking rustic beauty, you cannot do better. The home is well set-up: cozy, stocked, inviting. The sky is full of stars, the tide comes in and out, the woods are just there. David's local recommendations were also outstanding, making us feel like visitors welcomed personally. We followed several of his suggestions at an easy pace: and so soaked in the quaint Brooklyn, WoodenBoatSchool, and gem-of-a-library. It was autumn with some rain, some cool, great beauty always. In other weather we might have done a campfire or bbq. Lovely seats outside. There were more places to sleep than we imagined there might be: it was just my teen son and I, so we didn't even go to the loft. This is a cozy cabin on the sea, with exceptional grounds and a good soul for host!

This place is among the best for ski-in, ski-out at Jay Peak! We were here for a week, and it went too fast. When not skiing or exploring outside, it was fun just sitting on the couch and watching the skiers & boarders ride on by on the run just outside the back door. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Chris' place here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The house was not only neat and clean but also thoughtfully equipped with every small detail you could think of—from kitchen essentials to a great selection of board games that kept everyone entertained. What really stood out was the host Kaylee’s responsiveness and attention to detail. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and even went the extra mile by arranging for someone to clean the driveway during our stay when it snowed, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall comfort of the trip. The combination of a beautiful, clean space and a caring, proactive host made our experience truly memorable. We loved our time here and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable gateway!!

The home was lovely with a great layout and view of the lake. During warmer weather it would even be more lovely!
