The South Hams are probably the best place to live in Devon with fantastic beaches and local towns. Dartmoor is spectacular and 20 minutes drive away. The area has many activities to participate in such as walking the coastal path, cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and much more. Plymouth and Exeter are all a short drive away.
