The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
