Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

Just stayed here for 5 days with family and grandchildren, we loved the hot tub impecibly clean and house well equipped with all we needed. Lots of space for us all, very nicely decorated with lovely touches like the welcome pack. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again. Just a little thing and this isn't a criticism, a parasol of some sort would have been good for a bit of shade.

We had a great time at Red Oak Barn. Massive hot tub and spacious, smart, clean rooms. We enjoyed a lovely walk across the fields to Scothern village with a friendly pub. Wonderful to wake up to birdsong in the morning.

Great, modern house. The massive hot tub was definitely the highlight, along with some food gifts that greeted us on our arrival. Would recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

Just back from a lovely few days in Louth, the cottage was super cute and quirky, just as described. Great location for bars and restaurants, and only a 20minute drive to the beach, which the dog thoroughly enjoyed on both days. Great value little get away and would highly recommend.

Thank you Charlie for a wonderful few days at Dunes Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and the goodies that you left for us made it really special. We did a couple of walks in the wolds from your local walks folder and we loved having evening walks from the cottage through the dunes spotting wildlife. We made full use of the lovely garden in the sunshine and it was great to know that our dogs could go in and out of the house safely as the garden was enclosed front and back. Our dogs absolutely loved running on the huge beach at Sutton on Sea every morning too.

Clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms each with own toilet and shower within a 5 minute walk if the Cleethorpes sea front

Great stay. Sandra’s a wonderful host. Loved the welcoming touch of biscuits and coffee on arrival. Lovely cottage, lots of room and really well equipped. Super clean too. Lots of information on the local area and amenities provided by Sandra. Beaches and area are stunning, perfect for long dog walks.

Denise was very welcoming and met me on the drive as I arrived. Denise also showed me around the property and gave me recommendations of places for food and drink. The room itself was very open and had a large bathroom to match. Outside the property it had a well kept array of flowers and a view of the sunset and sunrise. all round lovely place to stay, secluded from the local town but an easy drive from everything you would want.

Paul was an absolutely fantastic host, this place is perfect for family gatherings and weekends away from the city. Paul even was lovely enough to show us round his farm, the baby cows were a brilliant sight to see. Be sure to book through his website rather than AIR BNB for cheaper prices. Me and my group of friends had a fabulous weekend away, amazing escape from London. and there’s more rooms available than shown if you need more space for a larger gathering!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends. The accommodation suited us well with both couples having their own en-suite bathroom Everything was spotlessly clean It was fully equipped for cooking if required ( we only ate breakfast in the lodge ) There’s lots to do in the area. We found some lovely walks Thank you to Marshall and Karen who were very easy to communicate with

Really nice week away in Lincolnshire! Was close to all surrounding towns and the seaside. Very nice, quiet location. Home had everything we could've hoped for and more! Living space was spacious and great; bedrooms were comfy. Really nice time was had by us all :)

Lovely little find in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside. Spotlessly clean, well equipped. Plenty of room for 2 people- and 2 more if needed as there is a mezzanine level in the bedroom with a futon- lovely little space up there! The kitchen/ lounge area has French doors leading onto a lovely little private garden area with 2 chairs , a table and fantastic views. Especially pleased with breakfast hamper provided- with homemade bread, eggs and an avacado. Also had milk , butter and jams in the fridge. Tea, coffee, cereals also available- lovely touch. Towels and toiletries all provided. Would definitely recommend - and was a great base for exploring East Riding.

Denise Ann’s place was exactly what we needed to attend a wedding in the area. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. Beds very comfortable and Denise Ann was very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.
