Fred was a terrific host. The place was clean and all set up for us. He even left some popcorn, coffee pods, and a bottle of wine. Kitchen had all you need. Very flexible and great communication - he was kind. He asked for feedback Place had lovely views, lots of heaters, and an electric fireplace. There were a bunch of people in the complex but it was quiet. Walkable to Town Square, athletic club, & friends. I didn't realize from the pics, but the place is huge. Two families with little kids could have fit there I think. I would definitely go again if we go to Waterville.

5 minute walk to Attitash ski lifts. Excellent location for a a large group or family. Great for hikers/skiers. Access to Attitash Mountain Village pools, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness facility. There are some great restaurants nearby only a short drive away such as The Red Parka. North Conway is a 15 minute drive.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend of skiing in the white mountains look no further! The on site restaurant and bar along with the pool, hot tubs and arcade were also super convenient as well and great to keep the kids entertained! Will definitely be booking again in the future!!

We loved staying at Ace’s studio. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. Everything was clean and in top condition. This unit is on the first floor and easily accessible. It was great to be able to just open the sliding door to let my children play. We hope to stay here again soon!

Ace was extremely responsive from start to finish. He answered questions promptly, and checked in on us during our stay. The condo itself is right across from Attitash, and my family (2 adults and 3 teens) were able to walk right over to ski lifts in the morning. We loved the flexibility that came with being walkable, so people could take lunch breaks as needed and everyone could leave for the day at different times. Our teens LOVED having their own space, and we loved not having to share a bathroom with our teens! The kitchen was well appointed, and had everything we needed from coffee maker to pots and pans. We ate out at the restaurant on premises one night, and opted to cook in for the rest of our time. We did have one issue, but Ace handled it quickly and seamlessly. We hope to stay here again next year!

This property was a perfect place to stay while exploring Mount Washington/WMNF. 10 minutes to town, 25 minutes to Pinkham Notch, and great amenities. Deidre provided excellent instructions on how to navigate the check in process and was proactive about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Will be on the lookout for this property again next time I visit the area.

Nice little spot located in the middle of local attractions. Ace is a great host. Very communicative and truly cares to ensure your satisfaction. Nothing but positive things to say!

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

The house is awesome: lake view, lake direct access, large kitchens, someone plowed the driveway after the snow storms. We had a great stay, did ice skating on the lake, kings pine ski center is family friendly.

Wonderful trip to Lani’s place! The layout, spaciousness and amenities were perfect for our group of families. Kids and adults are already begging to come back. Beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen and hot tub was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Looking forward to making this a tradition.

Great stay! Easily drivable to downtown and clean! The only thing was the shower water smelled like sulfur but otherwise everything was great.

We stayed at Jeremiah & Lisseth’s home for a long weekend with our family! We found their home to be very comfortable and spacious! The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked ! We had great weather and we utilized the very spacious deck to relax and grill ! I would highly recommend this property!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts! Everything we needed was there and it was actually better than listed! The beds that we thought were going to be twins were doubles, so we were super comfy! The kitchen table was the perfect place for our two families to gather together and enjoyed our time by the wood burning stove. There is SO much to do in the area! I highly recommend this property!

Ski trip with family and friends. Had a great time! 40 mins drive to Sunday river. Host is friendly and helpful. The house is well maintained. Spacious and lots of rooms. First floor bathroom is pretty small but it has everything what a bathroom needs. The kitchen sink water pressure is low. But others are fine. Shower is good. Big dinning table and big comfy sofa. The price is super affordable. So can’t really complain much. I really appreciated. It’s a happy stay for us.

Great place, very clean, lots of light, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Stephen was very easy to communicate with. There was also a welcome basket with treats - a nice touch, we appreciated it. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for 2 families with 2 kids each plus the grandparents. Lots of great stuff to do close by.

Located at the base of Attitash mountain resort, the condo was exactly as described and as pictured. We had a lovely stay. The outdoor hot tub was awesome and there was plenty of parking. The unit is clean and cozy, perfect for a little weekend getaway. And there was plenty of mirrors which was great for everyone getting ready at the same time! I would say if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the condo, this probably isn’t the best choice for you as it’s on the smaller side but for our needs it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time staying here. Super walkable to anything in Waterville Valley, including restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, pool, lake, hiking trails, etc. Leigh Anne was wonderful, highly communicative, and took extra steps to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Place was super comfortable. No AC but it wasn't needed...we stayed in mid-late July and the temperatures were 55-72 all weekend, including chilly mornings. Lovely semi-view of the mountains from the back deck. Lots of nice little touches, including a welcome basket with chocolate bars and chips when we arrived. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need (including coffee grounds for morning coffee!). We traveled here for a wedding and Leigh Anne also made sure we had an iron and steamer when we arrived which reduced a lot of stress after a long day of flights and driving. Would definitely stay again...thank you!

We had a great time at Cranmore over NH vacation week! We are two families that stayed at this home (4 adults and 6 kids). We loved the convenience of being so close to the mountain, as well as only a quick drive from downtown. Everything was super clean and ready for us when we arrived. We’d definitely visit again!

Condo was as advertised. Clean and great amenities. Great spot for ski weekend. Meredith was great host. We would definitely stay here again.
