Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A peaceful retreat in a small rural hamlet with great views towards Westbury White Horse with two local pubs nearby. Explore the glorious countryside walks or local national cycle routes. 4 miles from Longleat Safari Park & Westbury Train Station which is a mainline station to Bath, Bristol & London Paddington. A countryside annex in 1.2 acres

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Sitting in 1.2 acres of countryside, enjoy the quiet charm of watching woodpeckers and deer. This place is tranquil and relaxing but only 10 miles from Bath and within easy reach of many tourist attractions including Longleat and Stourhead. A self contained accommodation it consists of one bedroom and large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests.

Brookside cottage

Brookside cottage has been recently refurbished to offer a cosy but spacious family retreat. Enclosed rear garden overlooking fields, and a large front garden. Shared access via a small driveway, parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Great location for access to longleat safari park (8 miles) westbury white horse, shearwater, bradford upon avon, bath (9 miles) and frome (7 miles) Has 3 double bedrooms, 2 king and 1 twin, travel cot also available. Family bathroom & downstairs shower room.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.
