The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
