Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

A romantic retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The hot tub is a must for relaxing in, which is available all year round. There is a log burner in the winter months for that cosy and romantic ambience. The village pub, which serves good food and drink, is only an 8 minute walk away.
