Its an incredible place to stay many nights, wonderful view from the pool very, kind and nice manager, perfect place to share with family and disconnect fom the world very nice place !

This is a beautiful house and the view is exactly as pictured! We spent three weeks here and had an amazing time spending each day in the pool and evenings watching sunset. Dan has great recommendations, communication, and a guest discount to his catamaran tour which is tons of fun. We were three people working remotely and occasionally faced problems with power outages, often multiple times per week and day. If you are working remotely I would recommend flexibility and/or also having a local sim/ external data connection to avoid issues. However, I will mention that these issues are not unique to Dan's place and can be expected at any location in San Juan del Sur. The house attendants are readily available for anything you might need, however we sometimes faced miscommunication issues in regards to cleanings and laundry. I would highly recommend Dan's place for a relaxing vacation and remote work, you cannot beat the pool and view!

Marc est un hôte sympathique et accueillant, disponible mais discret. J’ai bien apprécié mon séjour en ce lieu. La maisonnette se trouve dans un cadre idéal pour ceux qui aiment le chant des oiseaux et la tranquillité. Jolie propriété très bien entretenue avec beaucoup d’arbres fruitier et une belle piscine. Facilement accessible même à pieds ou à vélo. Petits magasins à proximité. Je recommande volontiers

We had a beautiful family experience at Cara y su Casa Cartagena. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weekend filled with shared meals and fun. The rustic style was absolutely charming, but what truly stood out was the incredible assistance from the cleaning and maintenance staff. They were attentive at all times and managed to resolve minor issues in record time. It was a perfect stay, and we would return without a doubt.

I love the place. Just what I was looking for. It was peaceful and beautiful. The only thing I would have love to have is AC and screen doors; the only reason is that there is a lot of bugs. Nothing wrong with that giving that the house is surrounded by nature. Natalie was very nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Maru’s place was so nice. It was a perfect layout for our group with three families. Maru was very helpful, answering all of our questions and connecting us to others for transportation, golf cart rentals and excursions. The location is great. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Close to several delicious restaurants. Maru’s team kept the place clean, including the pool. The pool area was perfect for hanging out when not at the beach.

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Location is great and the walk down to the beach is perfect! We Absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our experience. This was a last minute booking and Anita was so very responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and the pool was very refreshing after time touring the city. WiFi worked great and was speedy. We had only one issue locating the place, but seemed to be from a bad google map link. Anita was on top of teh issue and we got it corrected quickly. Great host response the entire stay.

Coco's place was amazing, we had a great time! We cannot wait to return! 10/10

I spent 8 days at Casa Lila, I loved the place, No noise, Private, very safe and with space for family reunion, more than it looks in pictures, with all necessary described in the amenities. Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.
