The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. We are surrounded by organic farmland, have a small woodland and access to Forestry Commission pine forest with at least 7 kilometres of walking or cycling paths. The property uses clean energy from our small turbine making it a zero-carbon heated accommodation. We have a electric car charging point for EV owners. We are near the Debatable Lands, Hadrian's Wall, Gretna, Kielder Forest and Carlisle.

Foulbog is a charming traditional shepherds cottage set on a working hill farm in rural Dumfriesshire. In a very remote location surrounded by rolling hills, with spectacular views down the valley. Although completely remote and secluded, this cottage has been recently refurbished with a cosy homely feel and has all the modern amenities needed including unlimited WiFi, luxury shower and log burners. The perfect place to relax and unwind with only the sheep & cattle for company.

Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

Built from scratch by none other than the owners themselves, the dog-friendly Tweedenburn Shepherd's Hut is more than just a labour of love; it’s also a completely off-grid hut powered by solar panels and in an excellent spot for exploring the Scottish Borders. When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. All utensils provided.
