Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks: aluguel por temporada com terraço

We had a late show at the Hollywood Improv and this airbnb was an excellent location with a less than 10 minute walk and a better price than the hotel rooms in the area. Beautiful clean and clutter-free interior, extremely well thought-out instructions on how to access the lock box for the parking spot. The parking spot is well secured and for small cars only as the listing points out. The master bed is very comfortable. The restroom is separate from the master bedroom which is nice for the guests staying on the pull out couch bed in the living room. The couch bed is not comfortable, but that was kind of expected so no big deal. Plenty of extra blankets and kitchenware. There are a total of 3 keys for access (1 for the parking spot gate, 1 for the security gate blocking the front door, and 1 for the front door). I would recommend for guests to lock the keys back into the lockbox when they leave for activities so that they do not have to worry about losing the keys when they are out

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

The place itself is exactly as expected Mx communication from the host is 5star service. The parking is in the ground floor honestly every time you wanna leave it’s a 5 min process to just get to the car. But at least there is free parking. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Place was clean and quiet.

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

The apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and very well maintained. Mona was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Have recommended Julie to all my friends and personally will seek her out as my first choice for all future visits. 5stars for accessibility, cleanliness and every consideration being accounted for…Julie is a diamond and I’m a world traveler so you won’t be disappointed I can assure you of that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Casa muy cómoda, linda decoración, limpia y con lo necesario para una estancia para recorrer los alrededores y llegar a descansar. Está al lado de universal, de hecho se pueden ver los fuegos artificiales. Al lado además de todo Hollywood y muy cercano a muchos lugares para comprar como supermercados y tiendas. Todo esto previamente recomendado amablemente por Michael. Volveríamos sin dudar a este lugar.

Tom is truly the kindest, most gracious host you'll meet. He's laid back, down to earth, and always a hoot to visit with. His place is warm and welcoming, super cozy. Already looking forward to next time!

The house is great - very thought-out, well stocked and nicely decorated. Christoph was very helpful and responsive. Comfortable beds, a great pool and very clean. Easy walking distance to a local store, coffee and a great little taqueria. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

My stay was fantastic! Irina was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The house is located just up the hill from the Whisky a Go Go. I would highly recommend staying here if you're attending a show at the Whisky, Roxy, or other places nearby. Very close to the Rainbow Bar and Grill too. I felt like I was living my '80s glam metal dream during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Location was convenient. Check in instructions were clear. Apartment was clean and well furnished with washer/dryer and fridge also having filtered water dispenser. Water bottles were provided on the dining table upon arrival. Sergey is a responsive host providing timely instructions for check-in and checkout.

Lovely apartment, as described. Having secure parking was a huge bonus. Communication with Sam was easy, instructions were clear and they were super responsive to any needs. Would stay here again!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Adorei a estadia, o espaço é exatamente como as fotos, localização ótima. O apartamento é super equipado, tem tudo para uma estadia curta e longa. O Adam foi muito pro ativo, respondia super rápido e me ajudou muito no envio de um item que esqueci no apartamento. Super recomendo !!!
