The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger.
