Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens.
